Being made of food grade and 100% recyclable tinplate, this square tea tin is safe for tea or coffee beans, or any other foods packaging and is the most friendly packaging material to the earth.      

This square tea tin is in size of 87x87x116mm (3.43”x3.43”x4.57”mm), with variable heights to meet your packaging requirement. The step on the square tea tin makes the tin stackable so as to save shelf space. The hinge keeps the tin box easy to be opened or closed without worrying the lid is missing.        

The lid of the square tea tin also has several other designs to gurantee the airtightness. One is to make double lids, tinplate outer lid and an extra plastic inner lid to prevent air from leaking so as to keep your coffee, loose tea, spices fresh. With a ring-pull on its inner lid, the customers open the inner lid easily. Another way is with a slip inner lid as below.      

The tea tins are produced in many shapes, such as square, round, oval, rectangular or unique shaped. With 400 well trained and treated employees, Tinpak can produce 80,000 tins a day on 2 shifts. In 2016, Tinpak installed 6 new automatic tin manufacturing lines and in-house Lab to ensure capacity and capability. The price will be cheaper and the leading time will be shorter as we will save much labors cost and improve the production efficiency by using automtic lines.
