A Russian client confirmed an tea tins re-order in last month, now the goods were finished. We reminded client to arrange inspection as always they would do. Client told no need to take inspection this time as they believe us, believe our quality. We have produced 8 tea tin orders for this clients since started cooperation in 2019. Before 2019, they produced their tea tins in other tin box factories. But since 2019, client established a very close cooperation relationship with us, and frequently, we received satisfaction feedback from the client. It’s really happy for us, not because how much we earn, but about a kind of commitment and trust achievement.  

In this same week, we also received appreciation from a Germany client. We produced 2 million spice tins for them from last year to this year. During the whole production, our quality was controlled very stable. 1-2 containers shipped to Germany every month, client was very happy and satisfied with the premium quality. Client said, “ For such a big long-time order, you controlled very well, we could not find any complaints on you, you were the most excellent among all our suppliers.  we appointed you as our tin boxes supplier exempted from inspection.” 

What a nice week ! Upon receiving client’s such feedback, we felt all our efforts were worthy. Thanks for client’s trust and praise, which is really the best rewords to us !
