On October 22nd, Tinpak received a inspiring feedback about a new screw lid tin box mold. The Uk client was very satisfied with this new tooling mold and spoke highly of our work. This tooling mold making was started on 9th October. It just needs 13 days to finish toolings. Now we are preparing a pre-production sample for the client. After approval, the mass production of 200,000 pieces will be started! 

This round tin box is used to pack lip balm. With a screw lid and mini size, the round tin are easily for carrying in the pocket. We install in auto production line for this new tooling, its day capacity is 20,000 pieces. Now Tinpak has 22+ auto production lines and 10 manual line. The monthly capacity is 3 millions of tin boxes.
