Tin Box Production and Tin Box Mold Training in Tinpak
Today Tinpak held a training about the tin box fabrication process and tin box tooling
process for all its salespersons. The training started from 2:30pm and lasted about 3
hours in our showing room. It aims at helping the sales be more professional so that
they can perfect customer’s project in a more effective way.
The engineer Mr Tan, firstly made a brief introduction about mold of different field,
and then mainly focused on the metal tin box mold.
He detailed to us how each part (lid, neck, body, bottom etc.) of a tin is made, the
mold needed for each process. He also explained mold structures and cost of each
mold. At last, he told us some problems which we should pay more attention to in
production for tin of different structure. This is to ensure a good quality.
During the training course, all sales colleagues raised a lot of questions about tin
manufacturing processes, mold structure, mold modification and related costs. Very
glad that all confusions and questions we put forward got a clear answer.
Through his vivid explanation, we enhanced our knowledge, learned some new
and corrected some misunderstanding about tin box and molds. In this way, we
can make a good recommendation to our customers and provide some more
professional suggestions for their new projects. We believe that only by being
professional, we can help customers to accomplish their projects in a more
efficient and cost-effective way.
Thanks for Mr Tan and his wonderful course. We much appreciated!
