On December 28th, Tinpak held the 2ndexperiential training in Tinpak’s meeting room. The subject is Knowing Your Customers and Colleagues by DISC.

At the beginning of the activity, everybody did a test from DISC. We used DISC to analyze our individual psychological characters, behavior style, communication methods to know which kind of person we are and what are our advantages and limitations. After the DISC testing, we were divided into 4 groups according characters. Each group must choose an animal as the symbol of the group. The chosen animals are Horse(D), Cat(I), Dog(S), Wolf(C).

The aim of Tinpak is Being the trusted tin box supplier for the customers and Building a growing platform for the employee. So it’s extremely important to have a good communication internally and externally in daily work. It is not only good for improving work efficiency but also for building a good relationship with others. In Tinpak, we need know our colleagues as we work together. When we know what kind of person they are, we can find the best way to communicate with them, which can help us work more efficiently. And it’s same to our tin box customers. To offer the best services to the customers, we must learn about their characters, behavior style, communication methods and so on.
