Can I send you a certain concept of a tin box and can you manufacture this for us?
Tinpak has an in-house R&D department and can develop all kinds of molds for tin boxes according to client's concepts if they comply with punching process. We will discuss with you and correct something if your concepts go against technological requirements. We would let you know what we can do and what we can't do before you make the decision.
After you agreed with our opinion, we will make a tenichal sketch to you for approval.
For some unique tin or tin with 3D embossing, we maybe make mockup or clay mold for your confirmation before starting new mold. It is intuitionistic and safe for developing, we can remake at lower cost once you are not satisfied with mockup.
