Tinpak's MOQ is 5,000 pcs tin box, no matter round tins, square tins or rectangular tins. However, not all clients need 5,000 pcs or more. Tinpak never refuse the order of qty of less than 5,000. We often call the qty of less than 5k as small qty. In general, clients often complain that small qty takes longer time. "Do you despise small qty?" "It is unfair" But actually, our answer always "No". I would like to explain the reasons as following.

As we are required, the MOQ of printing tinplate should be 1200 sheets, we have to print when we are able to print with 1200 tin sheets. But usually, small qty cannot meet with 1200 tin sheet. Thus, we have make several orders to print together. But these several orders should be in the same printing spec. For example, they should be coated white + CMYK or spot white + CMYK. So, waiting for the same printing spec order takes time.
