Before the production is started, our engineers will make sure the production tools are well polished and well-tuned to avoid any scratches incurred by tools. In the tin box production, our workers put the lids and bases on pallets with EVA foam layers to avoid the lids being scratched in transition. At packing department, our workers handle the tin boxes with super care and wrap the tins with polybag or tissue paper to avoid scratches produced in shipment. At last, OQC will do a random check to make sure the finished tin boxes are good to meet customer's demand.
