Japan clients have the most strict quality standards on tin boxes therefore very few loacal tin box factories have the guts to accept tin box orders from Janpan. In 2011, Tinpak started to work with this client on a big project of lunch tin box order which have very detailed and complicated quality requirements. Luckily Tinpak completed this order better than all of our own expectations.

Anpanman a famous cartoon start in Japan so the client made a very long list of detailed requirements on teh tin box printing, lid curls, metal locks, assembly, the color of plastic handle and the strips. To make sure our staff involved knows the details, we carried on 4 sessions of training to ensure all the important details are well remembered and would be cared.

Anpanman lunch style tin box turned out to be a most successful project with the Janese client!
